  We stayed 6 nights in the summer. The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside. The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery... was die leute sagen » . Such a treat to have an espresso in a location like that. The owner is always willing to help and was very friendly. I would recommend Sani Tourist - We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities.   Everything was great! From the beginning the staff gave us spot on information to reach the apartment, met us their on time and helped carry our lugguge up the 3 flights of stairs! Then spent time going through a map showing us the location of the attractions, good restaurants and places not to miss. We had 2 terraces, off the kitche - We just loved this quaint little apartment. Although small all that was required was provided for and in good working order. Washing machine was also easy to use. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.   The hotel is small, but lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. You can't beat the location--so close to many of the main attractions of Florence. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!
