We had no problem with street noise or noise from guests.

He offered a wonderful suggestion for a reasonable traditional Italian restaurant.   The location is fantabiolous!! Without a doubt everything is a walking distance. You'll never need to ride the metro except for the Vatican and maybe the Colessium. The rest is just around the corner. The toilets are very clean and although the towels look like table sheets and also feels like one, they do a great job.
