I would really recommend Four Rivers as it was in a fantastic location and the staff were brilliant. It was within easy walking distance to all the major sites and luckily for me there was a close by taxi rank, which was helpful, as I was unfortunately on crutches during my stay. Piazza Navona was round the corner and Pantheon 5 minutes more. Campo Di Fiore was across the street and great for food in the evening. A converted 2nd floor of an apartment block, this 'hotel' is very small but very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly, much more so than any larger establishment we've stayed in. Walking distance to all the major sights: only 5mins from Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. This one is an "A Plus" one.
Nice, clean, charm.
Rates are more than reasonable.
Excellent location.

Everything!! Service provided by Sylvia was of an exceptionally high order. Room was large, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little small, but very clean. A very personal hotel with "family feeling". Excellent location; perfect to be able to walk to all sights in the day and then just cross the bridge to have dinner in Trastevere in the evening. Very friendly people that were both very welcoming, helpful and keen to make sure we had a nice stay.
