  Very hospitable, the staff were all very accommodating - especially Dulla (not sure of the spelling) who waited for us to arrive at midnight when we were supposed to be there around 9.30pm (delayed flight etc.,) and Marco the son who went out of his way to be helpful. It was very very close to Piazza Navona. We walked EVERYWHERE because the location was so central to everything. It was in a great building too with a lot of traditional European charm.   Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... что говорят » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

  My mother and I just returned from our 5 days stay in Rome and we would definitely recommend this wonderful B&B to everyone. The location of the B&B is perfect and can be reached easily with the Bus Nr.40 from Termini Station in approx. 10min. We stayed in room Nr. 7 - Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast food was great, an array of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries, all served in a delightful room looking out over the city.   Its location is in the heart of Rome which allows you to access most of major events on foot. Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori is just 5 min walk. Even Vatican is only 15 min away. Thats a great advantage especially if you go to Rome during hot summer time. You may come back to your room in noon time and refresh yourshelf for the afternoon visits. By using the 3 keys (Building gate, s - Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

  One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)
