The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small. Not suitable for disabled people with wheelchair - Hotel was newly renovated and clean. Hotel staff were very helpful to our questions. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

realy grate hotel, probably the best one i've ever been. Very good location, perfect design, freandly staff. The brilliant hotell in the brilliant town. - A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. First of all, the location couldn't be better. It is located about 2 blocks south of the Duomo, and 2 blocks north of Ponte Vecchio bridge and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Bruno showed us the most wonderful hospitality, we had a fantastic stay with him in Florence! He helped us book a lovely restaurant and was endlessly helpful with where to go and what to see in his home town.
The B&B is his home and is run with warmth & love. The rooms are clean, comfortable & simple. There are tea and coffee facilities available at all times and a little mini bar for your use. Location is wonderful, right in the heart, near the Duomo but not at all noisy. Recommen

We just loved this quaint little apartment. Although small all that was required was provided for and in good working order.
Washing machine was also easy to use.
Bed linen and towels good quality and apartment was clean. Of course location was fantastic and we had no noise issues. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.
