  We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

  Very good location – in a walking distance to the center and piazza Michelangelo. Friendly staff. Not bad breakfast. - it was cheap, clean and very helpfull staff - Good location, calm environment, friendly Front office staff. Good for short stay and not-too-heavy-luggage travellers ;-)

Kitchen area was well stocked with equipment and the gardens were well maintained - Excellent facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. The manager, Gianna, was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the area. We had a wonderful stay.

  I booked a single room without bathroom so you can imagine my surprise when I was offered an appartment instead! It was big, quiet, and fully equiped. Rooms in 4 star hotels aren't even half as good! The guy at the reception was unbelievably friendly, he helped me with the luggage, printing a plane ticket and even exchanged me a few british pounds... что говорят » without asking for a fee. Definetely go there! - The location of the hotel gives you immediate access to Florence's most beautiful sites. The staff could not be nicer. Professional, competent, caring, helpful. The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay in Florence a very special experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and homey. I strongly recommend Hotel Bellettini to anyone who has plans to be in Florence. Delightful.
