  The owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay more comfortable, recommending excellent local restaurants and helping us find our way around. The location was unbelievable (the Duomo was at the end of the street and everywhere else was easily accessible, including the train station- 3mins walk max) an... что говорят » d the price we paid for 7 nights was astoundingly cheap (we calculated it ourselves to make sure we had enough and it was much cheaper than our estima - Excellent position. Easy to find, close to the train/bus station and just 1 minute walk from the Duomo. Great terrace view, in summer should be more useful as it rained during our stay in Florence the woman at the reception was very kind and helpful. She let us leave the luggage and arranged our check-in even if we weren't able to meet her as arrived. After all for such a price and a strategic position it's a really good choice for those who care about the money

  Betta deserves 5 stars for her friendliness. She makes you feel at home before you even step inside. She is always there to help in any problem and ready to give you advice, suggestions. In fact she has an answer to any query. The Residence is within walking distance to the railway station and the city centre. She made sure all of us, especially our kids, felt at home. The room given to us was amazing, probably the best room of our trip. With a very high ceiling and a huge bed, the room was really enormous, with a fridge, and a tea kettle in the room, we were literelly at home. Breakfast was perfect, and Betta made sure we all got hot coffee, as she ran around doing all the work herself, since her assistant was sick. Thanks a lot Betta for a lovely sta

  Everything is perfect at this nice little hotel! The rooms are big, with nice (though pretty small) bathroom, air condition works fine. Tea and instant coffee in the room, coffee machine with very good coffee for just 0.50 euros at the reception! Oh, and they also have water for the same price. There are a lot of different shops nearby. The B&B is locatef in living house, you feel yourself as a local having own keys and coming when you want. The host of this B&B is very hospitable. The room is quite large, the decoration is simple, but nice. You have everything you need. Free wi-fi. So it is good value for that price.

They have a big public living room where you can hang out and have meals. We really like the location. Since we were travelling by car, we needed parking, which meant we needed to stay out of downtown anyway. Bus connection to downtown is OK, but not that frequent on weekends. You can get a taxi for around 10 EUR, which is what we did twice. Rooms in the B&B looked really nice. We were 3 and stayed at a small apartment close by, which was big and comfortable, except for the sofa bed
