  Everything was just great-the stuff (all speaking English) was welcoming, helpful and enthusiastic to serve me whatever my needs were. Room was well ergonomically designed, the bed was very comfortable- so after 10 hrs of walking in beautiful Venice I was able to rest and fully recharge for the next day. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they will explain how to get to Venice or wherever you want to go, they can check the timetable for you, you can buy bus tickets at the reception. Breakfast is included in the price, there is a good selection of food, everything is fresh and tasty. We recommend this hotel to everyone :)

  We used this hotel for an overnight stay as a base for visiting Venice and it was perfect for that. The pool was a bonus if you could fit in the time to use it. We managed a quick half hour before it closed for the evening. The refurbishment has been tastefully done and, although small, the room and bathroom were clean and adequate for our need... что говорят » s. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. - Very friendly family run hotel, pool was really good, very clean high standard throughout, good continental breakfast, didnt use the restaurant as we usually had a picnic when out. Bus to venice 5 min walk to stop takes about 25 mins into Venice didnt have a problem with this. Would stay again no probs.
