price / quality ratio. Despite earlier comments WiFi worked great
(we stayed at the Essex Street penthouse, it might be different for

to the Temple Bar Area and we were 3 women coming home late at night and
felt very safe in the neighborhood. Nancy and Kevin were so friendly and
made us feel right at home. They gave us great advice on everything!

Staff member was wonderful. We got there a earlier than booking in time and she offered to let us drop off our baggage so we could go sight seeing. She showed us how to use hot water, heating and telly - which really helped us have a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was right next to the Academy and so it was a wonderful central local to everything. We loved Dublin and know that the location of the apartment added to that. Thank you so much.

We got there too early to check in but the staff took our bags and gave us all tickets to come back and get them later when the rooms were ready - For Concerts at The Olympia Theatre and access to and from Heuston Station,Grafton Street etc. this is the one - location, i was able to walk to/from the train station easily and also in to city centre-

Beautiful rooms, full kitchen and living room, balcony, so close to nightlife, 24hour reception....And all for €23 each for 5 people?? Simply cannot go wrong! I have stayed in many hotels, and for the price, this is the best hotel/apartment that I have ever stayed in, period. Amazing value for the money. My apartment was modern, contained all utensils needed for cooking, and in general, was better than my real apartment back home. - Everything. We did noy wish to leave as it was like being at home.
