The staff is patient, knowledgable and very accommodating. The other guests with whom I shared the room were quiet and considerate. On May 29, when I changed rooms, I realized I'd left my passport in Room 109. Karine at the desk alerted the cleaning staff. The manager John and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them to do. The hotel also has an excellent food menu, value for money including 2 for 1 on certain days and times. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and fresh, including vegetarians options. I have stayed in many hotels, and for the price, this is the best hotel/apartment that I have ever stayed in, period. Amazing value for the money. My apartment was modern, contained all utensils needed for cooking, and in general, was better than my real apartment back home. - Everything. We did noy wish to leave as it was like being at home. What a Gem.
I booked here because it was cheap,but I was pleasantly surprised at what I got.
Breakfast was super freshly cooked.The staff where warm and oh so helpful.
Location was superb right in the centre with views over river.

Loved the friendliness of the staff they were all excellent, stowed our bags for us before and after check-out too, so we could do more sightseeing. The beds were very comfy and clean linen, good signal on the TV. The breakfast was very plentiful and had lots of choice. Place was like a tardis! Represented good value for our money, near enough to bus links etc, but far enough away to give an undisturbed nights sleep. Liked the key-code entry to bedrooms.
