One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel.
The location is super with being right in the centre of Dublin but also nice and quiet at night.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

The entire experience! The staff was EXCELLENT...friendly, competent,happy and committed personnel. I have stayed in a lot of hotels all around the world, but the staff in this hotel were easily the most professional and friendly that I have encountered. You will realise this from the moment you begin to check in. - The extremly helpful reception girl named Catherine. Excellent service.

Really well placed for access to trains, Dart and city centre. Pleasant, newly refurbished rooms, very comfortable. Excellent breakfast! Plenty of character in the hotel and McCoys bar !! - The location was fab, shuttle bus across the road from the hotel direct to The 02 Arena when concerts are on get you there in minutes.

My 3 year old son loved the trams! It let us sleep for an extra hour inthe morning while he watched the trams out our corner window. It was notnoisy either, so that was great! Close enough to the city, but quiet. Weliked it a lot! - Opportunity to stay extra half day in same room

Jurys Croke Park was not the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at, but it was the best stay ever, especially due to its professional employees.
