  thew conceirge was very helpful looking after our bags and being attentive to us and the fact it was my wife's birthday. the comlpimentary bottle of champagne and little cake were very much appreciated. - fabulously comfortable bed, gorgeous big bathroom, excellent jazz band in the hotel's Mint Bar

  I enjoyed my stay immensely. 1st time staying in a 5 star hotel and its a true saying that you get what you pay for. So nice to step out of hotel and be on Grafton St!!   What I loved about our stay at the Fitzwilliam Hotel was the warm welcome we received from the staff at reception upon our arrival. All the staff were happy and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel room was gorgeous, it was huge and it was clean with a lovely bathroom. The food was amazing too. This hotel was above five star quality.   This is the second time I've stayed in the Shelbourne Hotel and will definitely be returning.
