The receptionist Ian was particularly helpful and had good advice as to where to visit during our short trip. The staff were extremly helpful before we even got there giving amazing directions from airport on bus and then foot. The private room was big clean n had a nice modern design it it. They were able to store out bags before check in as we got to dubs very early . Would deffo go again if in dubs. Thanks x x

This guest house was exactly we searched! The bedroom was clean and the bed very comfortable.
Bathroom was clean too and some towels was available in the bedroom.
Irish breakfast was very good
Catherine was very friendly & helpful ( always smiling :) ) and a great councellor for anything we wanted to know about transports or the city.

The service and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. Particularly of Catherine, the owner. She has to be one of the most welcoming people we've met. She put a lot of effort into meeting our specific needs and conversation with her was great as well. You probably won't find much better service and care around. It is excellently located just north of the city so it is a 15 minute walk from the buzz of the night life, but located in quiet area of town.

The lady in the reception is just amazing. She offered me immediately a
discount and apologized when realized that the room I booked was not the
one I saw in the site. I had a shared bathroom but definitely is a very
clean place to stay and somehow you feel that you are in home. She is
very helpful too, giving information on everything. I do not have rich
experience of guest houses and B&B but this is really good. Value
for money +++. and the owner just perfect.

Prior to my arrival I emailed the front desk about transportation from the airport -- they emailed me back immediately with the bus to take, where it drops me off, and how to get to the hotel from there. The Belvedere Hotel was close to the centre,of Dublin a couple of minutes away walk. The room was quite and very clean and breakfast enjoyable, you received a discount if booking breakfast when you arrive. Lifts available so you don't need to carry bags. We got a very good last minute deal for the night. There is a pub bar/food connected to hotel.The hotel has entertainment shows on weekends.

The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. We need to book a taxi for 7am the same morning and the gentleman that let us in insisted he would sort that out for us so we could go to bed. Also the plug points didn't work at all in our roo
