I stayed at sai palace for one nights to see the sites. The location was spot on, only 2 mins walk from the south gate of the taj. Big bed, with bathroom for 775 Rs. staff was good..location was perfect.... food was ok but little costly. -

This is a basic budget hotel.
Having said that, it's very reasonably priced and the owner and his staff go out of their way to be as helpful as possible.
I ate there several times and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable with no shortage of hot water.
The owner organised both an auto-rickshaw for the day to get around Agra as well as a car and driver the next day to venture further afield, both were excellent and the drivers honest and frie

We have stayed for two days in this hotel (though, they have 2 raj hotels in the city and they have offered us to switch to a better one which is new). The managers who work during the day are really nice and helpful and we have appriciated communicating with them. -

I arrived about 9am and they let me have the room then although it was
before normal check in time. The room and bed were comfortable and wifi
worked well. The owner organised train ticket to Amritsar for me.
The location for me was good (close to Shilpgram Taj Mahal ticket outlet with east gate as nearest entrance) although location will not suit

Great place nice staff and well, nice except when I went to get a cup of tea the guy just bring to me fast of it and the fact that they ran out of stuff during breakfast otherwise I loved this hotel. It is close from the Taj Mahal. The beds are really comfortable,,,If you are staying in Agra give this one a try......

The staff went out of their way to please you and were very pleasant. The food was quite good for the price and our arranged tours through the hotel were reasonable and gave us a good overview of Varanasi. This is not a fancy place by any means, but if you want a very inexpensive place to stay, near the ghats, it is a good choice. -

it is very good price for the room we stayed in and also it is good view from the roof to Gang river and generally it is cool to hang out at the roof and eat something there.
