The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I
left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba
etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on
arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

The room was clean, and we could check out late (1pm). Because our flight was only on 1am in the morning, the staff offered a free locker for our luggage and gave us a room that night so we could take a quick shower and change clothes. Close to airport. The pick and drop you as well to the airport. The owner and staff are helpfull and friendly. The room was clean and the hotel is in a quiet street so you don't hear Mumbai madness. -
