The staff really looked after me. They could see I was tired and immediately upgraded me to a suite that was extremely comfortable and quiet.
Very chic and luxurious furniture, I really enjoyed staying in the suite.

The first room I got was already a little better as I expected it to be, very good value for money, nice and clean. Without even asking for it, 5 minutes after checking into the room, it knocked on the door and I was asked if I'd like to look at another room facing the backyard, with less street noise from the festival going on outside. That room was even nicer and I gladly took the offer to switch.

Fast check-in, offered help with luggage (unlike the Radisson the week before). Plenty of bottled water in room, fresh lillies in room, request for room with bath met.
