  The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much ... что говорят » trouble. There is also a pool and spa facilities which I unfortunately did not gt the chance to try. I would 100% recommend the Trident! - This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

  I was on a business trip so just stayed for 1 night only, My check in was smooth at 10:00 pm and staff was courteous.My requirement to stay on higher floor as well looked after. Breakfast served in the morning had good variety from Indian to continental. Just across the road from the Grand Hyatt where the meeting was held and where the most part of the day was spent, with the definite advantage of being able to get back to the room within a minute ( if needed).
