  The staff were flawless in their service - extremely helpful. We were offered a late checkout as our flight was at 1.30am. They also took care of our luggage and organised a taxi. We extended our stay and they offered the same rate as when we first booked.   I have stayed at a few of the older top hotels in Kolkata and found their facilities limited and pretentious and staff continually begging for tips. The Sonnet was wonderfully different, the staff were fantastically helpful, the rooms immaculate and the cost fair. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
