Basic hotel but very enjoyable. We were there just off season however so that may have helped. But friendly helpful staff and nice quiet location - The staff very nice , food , swimmingpool, cleanliness everywhere

We booked superior double room but we got a free upgradation of premium
room as the superior rooms were full. The pool was clean.breakfast was
very good- buffet breakfast with a lot of varieties.room was very clean
and comfortable.

We absolutely loved the food at this resort. The grounds/pool were
lovely. Friendly staff could not be more helpful and courteous.. Would
totally recommend the hotel, especially to relax and soak up a different

We booked a beach cottage and we got the best beach side cottage as it was right on the calaungute beach. The food was nice and catering to the taste buds of everyone in terms of variety and taste.
The best i liked was the location and food. Although the entrance is a bit messy and the staff is very busy all the time. -

The cleanliness was to be appriciated as we could see the effort put into looking at details by the staff. The room had a very pleasant aroma when we entered and everything was spic and span. We were given a great upgrade on the room free of charge, and that was amazing news after delayed flights and arriving there so late at night.
Our room was the best at the resort, and we were so comfortable for our 4 nights.

Very nice hotel. Ideally tucked away from the noise and excitement that you find in Goa, so its pretty quiet and peaceful. But walk like half a km and you are right in the middle of all the happening places with lots of restaurants, shops etc. Also pretty close to Calangute, Baga beach. Aguada is a just bit further ahead.
The hotel itself is well-maintained with spacious clean rooms, and a courteous staff. We had a nice breakfast spread over the 3 days we were here.
