  We were very fortunate to get a suite with of view of the rivers. The room and bathroom were large and very comfortable. We enjoyed the small sitting area in a nicely decorated corner of the room. The lady at the reception was very helpful and gave us some good tips.   Hotel is probably the best hotel in Passau. City is really charming and the hotel is in district of it. We got a room on 4th floor and it is really comfortable, bed is very comfortable and it is very big. It is peaceful and nice. They packed up her food and put it in the refrigerator in their kitchen overnight and then reheated them for her the next morning. Amazing service!!

  It was very clean and comfortable hotel with a good location if you wish to visit Passau centre. It is located next to the Stadt Gallery where you can shop and eat well in the Eataly. Wifi was free of charge and in contrary to some reviews okay in speed. Breakfast was great and they even made a (cold) chocolate milk for our son.
