We were very fortunate to get a suite with of view of the rivers. The room and bathroom were large and very comfortable. We enjoyed the small sitting area in a nicely decorated corner of the room. A beautiful hotel with a truly wonderful Breakfast room.The whole place oozes history and accommodation is at an extremely reasonable price. The location is excellent, the breakfast good and the staff very obliging. I didn't get to visit the Glass Museum which is in the hotel but hope to do so on a future visit D.V. -

The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. We were given a very warm welcome. They were helpful and made sure we had a map of the city in English - Room was comfortable, very clean, quiet, and overall high quality. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good.

We spent a night here on our way to Budapest. It is a beautiful hotel, centrally located in Passau. The staff was wonderful, and the restaurant was very good as well. They went above and beyond...my daughter loved her meal and wanted to eat the rest for breakfast, but we didn't have a refrigerator in our room. They packed up her food and put it in the refrigerator in their kitchen overnight and then reheated them for her the next morning. Amazing service!!

It was very clean and comfortable hotel with a good location if you wish to visit Passau centre. It is located next to the Stadt Gallery where you can shop and eat well in the Eataly.
