  First impression was that the hotel is rather a little bit neglected but finally we met friendly service, clean room, good location in the city for reasonable price - close location to a subway line

  Beautiful contemporary design. The breakfast buffet provided very good food. The room was spotless. The swimming pool is part of the rehab center and a real find if you want to swim laps. Short taxi ride to Tegel airport. - Because this hotel is really part of a hospital, it is rather unconventional. But it is spotlessly clean, and clinically run! The swimming pool doubles as a therapy pool for patients, so may not always be available, but it too was spotlessly clean, and I loved having it. Generous breakfast buffet was included in our special deal, and was good. Car parking was free and plentiful.

  We are really enjoyed this apartment during our three days stay in Berlin. Location was excellent for us (5 min. Walk from S-Bahn station). We were able to reach the city center in ca. 30 min. From the apartment. Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. They showed rooms, explained how to use stuff and etc. Rooms were very clean ... что говорят » and well equipped with almost everything we needed for our stay, relax and cooking. I asked to enable a Wi-Fi internet beforehand (we payed separately - Everything written by previous visitors about this apartment is true. Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off).

  Все было просто замечательно. Расположение прекрасное, рядом очень много ресторанчиков, продуктовых магазинов и кафешек. Быстрый Wi-Fi. Хозяин чудесный. - Everything was perfect. It's a beautiful apartment, big, bright, cosy and you'll find everything you need (internet access, TV, tea, coffee, great facilities, nearby free parking spaces and pub... что говорят » lic transport as well...). Mr Rosenhoefer was extremely friendly and attentive. He took a lot of time to show us the apartment in detail and we felt very welcome. The view also is amazing (there's a balcony to step out if you're not afraid of heights.) So definitely highly recommended if you're planning t - Extremely friendly staff. Got picked up at the airport promptly, despite missing my first flight. The apartment was rather big, very very well lit. It is very close (10 min walk) to icc Berlin, which is where my conference was. The U-bahn line u2 is also a 2 min walk. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast (~14 Mbps). Herr Rosenhoefer was very friendly and helpful, and I would really like to stay there again if I go to Berlin!
