  We are really enjoyed this apartment during our three days stay in Berlin. Location was excellent for us (5 min. Walk from S-Bahn station). We were able to reach the city center in ca. 30 min. From the apartment. Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. They showed rooms, explained how to use stuff and etc. Rooms were very clean ... что говорят » and well equipped with almost everything we needed for our stay, relax and cooking. I asked to enable a Wi-Fi internet beforehand (we payed separately - Everything written by previous visitors about this apartment is true. Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off).

  The location was excellent with a lot of restaurants, stores, even a market & a laundry facility near by to wash our clothes before our departing to Paris for another 5 days. It was really helpful. Although we had a little scare on the morning of our checking out of the hotel, the emergency alarm went off with the instructions over the pa syst... что говорят » em to direct guests to leave our hotel room immediately due to a technical problem/fire in a hotel. We had to evacuate by stairs from the 6th floor to - Very clean, comfortable, well-organised hotel - a bit like a super-hostel! Our room was overlooking the courtyard, so was quiet and we could open the window - our friends overlookong the street found it noisy with the window open. The shower and separate loo was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and quality was very good. Very good choice for a city break - though a bit distant from central Berlin. Make sure you have a Berlin travel ticket and a good map of the S and U- B

  We were given a huge room which even after we'd stored our luggage (we were touring by car) left us lots of space. The hotel also faces onto a busy road so expected some road noise if you are given either the two largest rooms, which face the street. Other rooms face the rear of the hotel and will be less noisy.
