  The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.. Great to sit out here and have a beer. - I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

  First, I liked the location of the hotel, an easy walk to the Altstadt, Schloss and city center with tram line two blocks away. Second, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.   I liked that the room was super clean, updated, and there was no smell of smoke anywhere in the hotel including common areas. Very tidy experience. Also, in room 22, I could stick my head out the window and look up and down the river Neckar. Staff spoke English - The staff was friendly and the location was great! Our room looked out on the river and the old bridge. The view was beautiful, and the location is right off the pedestrian zone.
