From the moment I walked in the door you were made to feel special. The staff bent over backwards to help and make sure you had a good time. I stayed in two rooms both of which were spotless. great value for money. Try eating in another good move. Would go back there any day. -

I think this hotel is a little over priced but it was a great stay and no complaints what so ever. The staff were helpful and very polite. The room was ordinary but comfortable. The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We felt like special guests. We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. The location of the is perfect, right in the heart of the old town bar area, lively and fun. Breakfast was top quality. We just loved this place!
