  The location was great - a short walk from Gare du Nord, close to many good budget-minded cafes, and incredible jazz clubs. The view from the sixth floor (i.e. seventh) was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful, and put up with our poor French (although some of them could switch into English). Free internet was great! Close to a couple of metro station. 2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes. 3. Public kitchen is a good thing. 4. Rather nice facilities for the money, good beds, nice breakfast.

  Warmful relationship between hotel personnel and client - The hotel is close to a good Metro line, in a Chinatown area full of cheap groceries and restaurants (as long as you like Chinese). The 24-hr staff is friendly. There is a balcony and a nice television. This is OK for a cheap hotel, but plan ahead for something better.

  Very approachable and friendly staff - I felt very welcome. Pretty room with a nice wooden beam feature from the original building, in a quiet area with a window which opens out into a splendid courtyard below. Perfect for solace and the convenience of a fancy location in the heart of Paris, off Saint- Germain Bouleva - Great location! You can visit Lovre, Notre Dam by walk. And the hotel is really close to subway and but station. The room is a little bit small so maybe two people couldn't share.. But nice for just one person. Nothing's uncomfortable. Oh! Breakfast was good. Very nice coffee and bread. Thanks ^^

  The price and location were great. The gentleman that works the front desk and bar which is attached to the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but it's Paris, you won't find much bigger for the cheap price.   The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was someone on the front desk 24-7. The rooms were a decent size, with a good shower room, and were very clean and in good condition. We stayed on the quieter side of the hotel - we were offered the choice - and the noise really was minimal. Also, during our stay the other guests were quiet.
