  Location is ideal. Five minutes from bus / train station and 10 to the Grotto. Room cleanliness & hygiene was excellent. No frills budget hotel. Stayed for 4 nights so couldve been nice if the hotel had offered us mountain facing rooms as rooms facing street can get a bit disturbing. Utensils provided but u have to collect them from the reception by paying a refundable 20 euro deposit. If u r on a pilg - Self-catering therefore quite good if you're travelling as a family or on a budget. Less than 10 minutes walk to sanctuary, castle and the town. Less than 5 minutes taxi ride to the train station. Very good wifi connection even inside the room. This allows us to watch other English TV channels via streaming on our iPads. English speaking and helpful staff...special mention to Fidela (sorry if the spelling is wrong). He even helped us to board our luggage on the taxi. Nice, clean bathroom. To

  good position, close the sanctuary and the bus stop. Staff very friendly and helpful. - Location is great to get to sanctuary or Accueil St Frai. Very close to good restaurants. Low cost, but would have to think about returning.
