  Location is ideal. Five minutes from bus / train station and 10 to the Grotto. Room cleanliness & hygiene was excellent. No frills budget hotel. Stayed for 4 nights so couldve been nice if the hotel had offered us mountain facing rooms as rooms facing street can get a bit disturbing.   10 minutes walk to the Sanctuary. Ideal for family on pilgrimage to Lady of Lourdes. Free Wifi. Room equipped with a mini kitchen. Utensils provided but u have to collect them from the reception by paying a refundable 20 euro deposit. We queued up at 6.30am b4 it opens at 9am n we were done by 10am. The eateries here do not open till 9am. If u r on a pilg - Self-catering therefore quite good if you're travelling as a family or on a budget. Less than 10 minutes walk to sanctuary, castle and the town. Less than 5 minutes taxi ride to the train station. Very good wifi connection even inside the room. This allows us to watch other English TV channels via streaming on our iPads. English speaking and helpful staff...special mention to Fidela (sorry if the spelling is wrong). He even helped us to board our luggage on the taxi. Nice, clean bathroom. To

  Nice (modern) decor, good size room, welcoming, good location, friendly staff. Simple kitchen facilities in room if you want to prepare food. (Note: the reception desk closes at 9 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, call ahead to make arrangements; they can give you a code to open the front door.) - I love the new hotel/apartment concept.
