Unfortunat - Everything! The staff were so nice, welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location fo the hostel is incredible, our room overlooked the 'cool' cafe/restaurant/bar street - Tkalciceva yet when the window was closed we heard nothing of the constant hub-bub of people enjoying coffee, beer and a bite to eat throughout the day. It is right close to a mall,so easy to get food or groceries. Suzana and Fatima came to the mall to get us and help us with the luggage. Suzana even helped us to solve our cell phone problems. We all had a great time there and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who plans to visit Zagreb. - Everything great and will probably stay here again if back in Zagreb. It is about 10 minutes on tram to town. You could walk but it will take about an hour. However is still an okay walk. There is a shopping mall with supermarket across road and Lidl nearby. When goin for tram just make sure you are walking down the hill towards main road (5 minute walk). Bars and cafes where trams are. And it is chilled if you can't be bothered with town. Couple of good pizza places near apartment.

  The room was very stylish and nice. It was very comfortable. The building was old but inside is being renovated. The owners are very helpful. We were planning to be 3 in the room but our plans changed and we ended up being 4 people staying in the room. They provided an extra bed without any extra charges. It is not luxurious, but the price-value rate is perfect.
