- The staff was great, since before our trip they were all very nice, answered emails and gave us all the attention we need it to make our time there easy and comfortable.
- Location it is perfect, right in the middle of the town, close to everything.
(It can be trick to get by car, but they will give you all the information and you'll make it.)

We liked it very much. It's located inside the center so you can walk to every interest spot. And if you wish, it's very close to a main square tram station and also not to far from the train station. The rooms are pretty, rather clean. The staff was always kind and patient. Free WiFi, good bar, free breakfast. Nice atmosphere and great money val

The localization is just perfect, its on a pedestrian street that is
full of bars, cafés and restaurants and all day long is full of people
drinking coffe or beer or just hanging out on the confortable chairs.
Its a very quiet and clean hostel, at least on the top floor where the
double rooms are. The staff was very helpful with booking day trips to
Plitvice Lakes, and searching trains and buses to nearby towns.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The showers were great with lots of hot water. The room was basic with just 2 beds & lockers but very clean. A hostel with ideal location - right in the very center of the city. The room was clean and with the basic facilities. The personel was helpful. It is more suitable for younger people or for open-minded mature couples since there is no option for en suite bathroom. However, the location and the amiable atmosphere make the Brit Hostel a place of choice for Zagreb.

The most friendly stuff I've ever met! They helped us in everything (e.g. one of them arranged even the paying for parking via her mobile phone while we were sleeping :) and after that she helped us to find one of the few free parking places around the hostel. We got a free welcome shot (some local honey schnaps) etc. The room is small but perfect

It's enough light in daytime but my friend is sensitive to light that made her woke up in early morning, for me is not a problem. Excellent Hostel with the best location and staff.
Its located very close -3 minutes- to the main square with the best bars and cafes around.
The staff was very helpfull and kind. They answered every question.
I was a solo traveller for 3 days. I booked a 10 person dorm but they had to give me a bed at 4 person dorm and didn't charge extra. It was also very clean.
Deffinetely reccomend it.

Is a new hostel, small and quiet in the center of zagreb. Great facilities, very well furnished, modern and practical.
I went twice on the same trip and I will surely go back if I ever pass by Zagreb again (I was really lucky to stay on a 6-bed dorm alone the second stay, but on the first we were 3 guests and still there was plenty of space).
