  Very friendly and thoughtful staff. We were sent by email helpful maps and information about how to get there from the airport, coach and railway station, also how to get into the centre,and how to use the bus/tram network together with prices. There was ample choice of things for breakfast, both hot and cold. Very good value f - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great. I could tell that the people who run this hotel really care about the hotel and the guests. It was a perfect and restful night's sleep for a layover in Zagreb.

  Me and my friends stayed at this hotel last month for 1 night. We booked a 4 pers. ap. I liked the way it looked but we had no oppening window to the exterior. It was a glass wall, the batheoom had no window and the other room had a small window to the coridor. On the otherhand, I think they have also some pretty cosy ap. and maybe with windows. Liked verry - As business consultant I can tell to all potential visitors coming to ZAGREB: Hotel ILICA - can be a case study for all young hotel managers of how to get benefits from hotel with very limited possibilities. I can recommend it for businessmen, turists who do not like ARTIFICIAL "keep smiling" and prefer very open minded and sincere attitude of hotel staff. These guys really like to serve and help...Nothing to do with trained "robots".

  Spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated apartment with a kitchenette and air conditioning. Modern bathroom. Irene was friendly and helpful with information on alternate ways to get to the city.   Wonderful apartments, really close to the city center, either by foot or public transportation, very clean and nicely decorated, all appliances available, good croatian restaurant nearby (Mostovi) and wonderfully welcoming owner, easy going and having all the information about your staying in the city available.
