This is beautiful bed and breakfast high in the mountains of Salt Spring Island.mthe accommodations are very nice and we felt right at home. Our host was friendly and attentive as well as helpful, and I enjoyed chatting with him.
The room was very nicely appointed and we had everything we wanted.
Scenery w beautiful and unsurpassed. Best place to stay on the island.

Hastings House is a wonderful setting and beautiful historic site... very picturesgue and well located close to Ganges Harbour and the services provided there. -
1/view of grounds and harbor from patio was fabulous.

It's very family friendly B&B and with lots of free active for childrens. Very relaxing place to stay with great homemade breakfast. -
I liked the peace and quiet,the shallow pool for the kids, and the cozy equipped cabin we stayed in.

had everything we needed or could even imagine for spa services, yet had games and badminton to amuse my daughter too. Everything was available and if not, it was instantly remedied. (propane tank was empty and was exchanged promptly) -

Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us.
He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.

The room in which we stayed was large with a generous terrace and a beautiful vantage point over the harbour. Pleasant staff, clean rooms wonderful view of the harbour, the valuted ceilings and large patio (we had a wonderful sunny weekend which added a little space to the regular hotel room. The furnture is a little out dated but that is in keeping the with the island zen ways Wondeful food ..
