  Hastings House is a wonderful setting and beautiful historic site... very picturesgue and well located close to Ganges Harbour and the services provided there. - 1/view of grounds and harbor from patio was fabulous. 2/close proximity to town was nice. 3/architecture & overall landscaping were superb.

  The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. We loved how everyone was seated together during breakfast - we met some really nice people and always got to start our days with great company and stimulating conversation! - Breakfast was delicious and served at a reasonable time, 9AM.   This is a well-appointed and furnished, elegant studio apartment overlooking a magnificent garden where small wild (but very tame) red island deer wander and graze. It's a short walk from there to Beddis Beach, safe for wading and a (very) bracing swim in cool water.
