This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out. The room exceeded our expectations ,the pool and spa were very good the dining room served an exceptional meal service was beyond very professional for the evening dinner and the morning breakfast was very varied and prepared - Pool was beautiful and open early. Room was great.

Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. Room was very comfortable with nice features (Nespresso coffee in room, hand-held shower). Hotel was historic and very grand.

4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher
room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating

The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc.
What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! The General Manager was fabulous and introduced herself and chatted. This is a superior hotel!!! It added as much pleasure to my trip as the trip itself. Had to get extra set of towels and

It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!

There were a variety of activities to do - both active like horseback riding, ATV rentals; and not so active, like walking, hiking or games like pool, chess etc. The time flew! -
Friendly staff reconciled a problem that arose when letsbookhotel.com had not
transferred the reservation to the hotel. Great meals with very

Room was great. Had a wonderful roman tub and separate shower, comfy king size bed and view of the Parliament buildings. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tubs. Arome Restaurant was excellent - food, presentation and service. -

The restaurant service was fantastic and cannot remember when I have
tasted such nice food.
We stayed for 5 nights, 4 of which we took breakfast and dinner. In hindsight this was a little too long, as eating 5 courses a night does not do the waistline much good. We could not find an alternative restaurant in the near vicinity -
