Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air.

I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

We stayed 2 nights, approximately 2 weeks apart. The first night the room was excellent and we were able to extend our check-out to accommodate a late flight which was very helpful. It was also very helpful that front desk staff assisted in printing boarding passes for our flights. -

First time staying there, was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort, the quiet. The neighborhood is more industrial which proved to be a benefit from a lack of traffic/city noise standpoint. Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard.
The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

The fantastic beach location and all the rooms face onto the beach and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The connection to the first nations community. The beds were very comfortable. The history of the Tin-wis was very interesting - it was the site of a residential school in the past and the First Nation people have done an amazing job of turning this place into a beautiful resort area for many to enjoy! the staff was very friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed the Bistro on site.
