I stayed 3 days there. The suit was very nice; the views were outstanding and only 10 min walk from the left. I was booking standard room however I arrived late noon and they offer me suit with the same price. The room facility was good and the staffs were so kind and excellent. Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities. Grounds had beach area, pool area, gym, dock and boat rentals. Also beside yacht club. Lovely restaurant next door. -
A wonderful surprise - Booked as a stopover we would have stayed a week instead of 1 night.

We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. Everything!! Excellent service. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast included with a wide variety of items, more than I've seen at other hotels, and was yummy and fresh. The price was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. They had a free breakfast included with your stay which included scrambled eggs, back bacon, cold and hot cereals, toast & English muffins and more.
We booked online and everything was ready for us to go to our room when we arrived. Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was so clean. We would definatly recommend this place.

The room, itself was a nice surprise with a jacuzzi tub, a granite counter in the bathroom and the textured walls. The bed was good.
We also enjoyed the patio furniture that has been provided for guest so folks can enjoy the out doors.
We didn't use the barbeque, but others did.
I certainly recommend this hotel.

We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The beds and the jacuzzi tubs in each room are AMAZING!!! -

Hotel suite was larger than expected and we had two bathrooms. Having a
sink in the "kitchen" area. Outdoor pool. Being on the
doorstep of the Farmers Market. Being close enough to the village that
we could walk there in minutes to enjoy the Crankworx events but far
enough away that the noise and large crowds did not disturb us. -

Staff were very helpful in finding a secured spot for parking when I arrived late as this was a weekend in Penticton that gets very busy with families.

We stayed for a month almost. We had a medical emergency and Marrirose went out of her way to make us feel loved and like family. The staff was amazing. The cleaning staff were pretty wonderful too. I will never stay anywhere else. We found a true gem. Thank you for having us. We look forward to many more stays. -

We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great for families to split up and walk to the activities of interest, whether shopping, the park or the waterfront. Restaurants are close and the full kitchen

Great location . Awesome facilities and apartment just perfect . Come from Australia and we will be back to Vancouver and will stay here again for sure . We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper .
