Very charming an cozy house with the feeling of centurary. First time experience with B&B. Children loved it, so do my husband and me. The private breakfast served by Carolyn herself was wonderful. The moment we entered the dinning room, it is all wow ehhect. Fresh fleet, cande light, lovely fruit platter and many many more! It is the most beautiful house on the river road. You won't miss it! Certainng will come back asin!

The location was great - it was a short walk to see the Niagara Falls, yet in a quiet enough location that wasn't too crowded with tourists.

We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe. Heather was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the eggs benedict perfect!
We stayed in the Windsor room which was like walking into a luxurious hideaway! The room was absolutely perfect with a 4 poster bed, massive sitting area and a spa bath. What more could you want!

The Bedham B&B is in a great location, the room was clean and parking is free. We received plenty of towels and 2 robes. There is also a fireplace in every room. The host was wonderful and cooked an amazing breakfast. The dinning room has multiple tables. You do not have to dine with strangers. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights (July 13-15). It was as if we were staying with family and I mean that in a very good way. Emina and Ferid, the couple that owns this property were extremely friendly and great hosts. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed the king size bed that was quite comfortable. Also the grounds were very beautiful, and quiet to relax in. The jaccuzzi in our room was very relaxing and the one outdoors was large enough for us both fit into it together. We were in walking distance from the Niagara falls. -
