First time experience with B&B. Children loved it, so do my husband and me. The private breakfast served by Carolyn herself was wonderful. The moment we entered the dinning room, it is all wow ehhect. Fresh fleet, cande light, lovely fruit platter and many many more! It is the most beautiful house on the river road. You won't miss it!   The location was great - it was a short walk to see the Niagara Falls, yet in a quiet enough location that wasn't too crowded with tourists. The entire cottage was well-kept and maintained. Muriel was wonderful as a host - she waited for us to arrive and promptly passed us the keys, taught us to operate the cooker, washing machine and heater. We drove to a nearby supermarket and got all we needed to cook breakfast and dinners for the - We were a group of four and we all had our own bed and bathrooms.   We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe. The room was small but had everything we needed from a flat screen TV to a walk-in closet, it was really cosy - Loved the room it was clean and beautifully decorated. There was an kitchenette with free water, coffee creamer and juice a large fridge, microwave, spotless coffee maker. The bathroom was large with free bath oil, body wash, shampoo, conditioner.   Heather was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the eggs benedict perfect! We stayed in the Windsor room which was like walking into a luxurious hideaway! The room was absolutely perfect with a 4 poster bed, massive sitting area and a spa bath. What more could you want! We would have loved to have stayed there longer!!! - The Bedham B&B is in a great location, the room was clean and parking is free. We received plenty of towels and 2 robes. There is also a fireplace in every room. The host was wonderful and cooked an amazing breakfast. The dinning room has multiple tables. You do not have to dine with strangers. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

  From the moment we arrived at Two Rivers BnB to the time we left, Emina and Fred were so welcoming, warm and accommodating. We felt like a part of their family. The jaccuzzi in our room was very relaxing and the one outdoors was large enough for us both fit into it together.
