  It was very nice, the staff were excellent - The spa/pool area is an ideal place to ease the aches from a day on the slopes. Also the Keg restaurant does good steaks and is a popular place to eat.

  We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. It had tennis courts , basketball nets, a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdo... что говорят » or hot tub. We found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful and customer service oriented and this makes for happy customers. Good job everyone. - It was close to the town but was quiet and peaceful although there were plenty of amenities if you wanted to make use of them. It would be a great place for families and was comfortable and clean. The staff were great and really helpful we were missing out tv remote and a member of staff brought one straight away when we called the reception. Breakfast was tasty and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

  The room was very large, clean and cozy. The room had a fridge, two comfortable chairs and a dining table, which we could use for snack or breakfast, a very large desk and a chair, which we could use for a computer. We appreciated that they kept extra blankets in the drawers because we prefer to sleep with extra blankets in lower room temperatu... что говорят » re. The room was warm - the air conditioning was very powerful and it warmed the room almost instantly. The staff was great - a few days before our - Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, kitchen, microwave... We've stayed at other places in Banff, and liked Irwin's the best. Most of the other places felt more like overpriced motel rooms, while Irwin's felt like a nice hotel. We got a great last minute deal on a room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice place it was. Also, pet fee was only $10.

  We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Also, the shampoos, creams and soap products were very nice quality and natural. Free use of the fitness facilities, pool area and free WiFi, was another bonus.

  The location was fabulous and the Lodge was great. We stayed in a loft with kitchenette and the views from the balcony were amazing. The bar was good and the food was nice, the accommodations were comfortable and quiet. Underground car park was great and included in price.   We recieved a very warm welcome from all of the staff at Brewsters mountain lodge and nothing was too much trouble. All our requests were met and exceeded. Our room was large,very clean and well decorated with a lovely big bathroom with bath/spa jet and shower . Room was always lovely an warm with a very comfortable big bed. The hotel reception st... что говорят » aff were amazing, they made reservations at resteraunts on our behalf and gave wonderfull advice on where best to go for he type of skiing we required - The location was close to everything we had planned with a great view of the mountains. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but the bed in our king loft suite was awesome. The suite also had balcony so we could sit outside. Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing after a long day of driving. The staff were helpful and knowledgable. Continental breakfast was decent with pastries, toast/bagels, and fresh fruit salad and yogurt. My husband and I stayed during the off season, but would gladly stay in
