  The manager was very friendly and helpful. The location is good, away from the central bustle and noise of central Pelourinho but near enough to fall part of it. The outside areas of the Pousada are very nicely maintained, with a good sized smimming pool and lawn area. My rook was spotlessly clean, with air conditioning, TV and fridge.   The hotel owners, an extremely friendly Italian couple creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is delicious and has every day another surprise. The location is great and you can easily walk to the center or to the peaceful Santo Antonio.   The staff were awesome, they were really helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfasts were great, with lots of variety. My private room was huge and most of the dorms I saw were good too (the four beds in particular). - the front desk staff Daniel and Juan were very helpful and warm.
