  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is very well equiped all around the premises.   Great hotel, everything was on the highest level! Hotel staff were really friendly and very kind & helpful. Breakfast was delicious, I think the best in Austria (open till 12-00). Modern room, big bathroom, everything is new and well equipped. there was even Nespresso coffe machine in our room! There was everything we needed and even more.
