  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help.   Great hotel, everything was on the highest level! Hotel staff were really friendly and very kind & helpful. Breakfast was delicious, I think the best in Austria (open till 12-00). Great SPA facilities (pool and saunas). Location is perfect, few steps from city center but still in a quite area. Own transfer to ski area. Restaurant is cosy, breakfast and dinner is delicious. There was everything we needed and even more.

  I liked almost everything about the hotel and especially so the soap they chose for the rooms. I loved the Panorama room -truly the view is amazing.
