I travelled to Townsville with my 96 year old mother who is not very mobile. It was a big advantage to get room service. The meals were not expensive and were very good. Clean and comfortable. I very much liked that they caterered very well for smokers with facilities outside each room with nice little table and chairs. We did enjoy this, it also provided an opportunity to socialise with other motel guests. Very nice touch. -

Staff are very freindly and helpful - offered to upgrade us for only $10 extra. Gave us keys to two rooms to compare prior to checking in so we could see for ourselves which room was better.
Great location and parking at door.
It's now my 'place to stay' in Townsville which I go to a few times a year. Have already booked a 2nd stay in 2 months time.
