  I travelled to Townsville with my 96 year old mother who is not very mobile. It was a big advantage to get room service. The meals were not expensive and were very good. I've stayed in other accommodation where the rooms were close to the lifts. The noise from the lifts interrupted my sleep.   The staff were great very helpful courteous polite and friendly we had a problem with our hot water and when advised of problem the staff had it fixed as soon as the could the motel was close to everything we wanted and had everything we needed, we enjoyed our stay very much and will use the motel again, nothing was to much for any of the staff EX... was die leute sagen » CELLENT - Staff are very freindly and helpful - offered to upgrade us for only $10 extra. Gave us keys to two rooms to compare prior to checking in so we could see for ourselves which room was better. Great location and parking at door. It's now my 'place to stay' in Townsville which I go to a few times a year. Have already booked a 2nd stay in 2 months time.

  Sonia and Dean were most helpful and really treated us as individually important - they were so helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping impeccable. Meals were Great and always served on time. Nothing was too much trouble.
