The apartment was well located close to a tram stop and with parking on the street in the area readily available.
The apartment was modern and roomy with all need facilities including a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergents provided.
The only down-point was having to check-in at a different location but this was not a big

The bed was super comfy! The kitchenette was functional. It was relatively quiet. Nice rooms. Great shower / bathroom. Found the lounge was a fold out bed. The in house food service delivery was great too, the food was yummy! The trams were right across the road.

It was comfortable, especially the bed. Being able to have our dogs with us. Off street parking. Was in a very convenient position and easy to get to the city. It was well equipped and serviced. -

The apartment complex is fairly new. We stayed for 8 nights in October/November 2013. The facilities in the apartment suite we were upgraded to, had bedroom, decent walk in shower room, lounge dining kitchen area. Space was efficiently used, with plenty of cupboards, good kitchen utensils, gas oven/cooker, dishwasher, and separate washing machine

I liked my whole stay at Mint, all of one night, not nearly long enough.
Wished I could have stayed much longer. The place is impeccable we were
in a 2 bedroom unit on the 7th floor, ensuit in master plus another full
bathroom.this apartment is fully modern with all new appliances. The car
park may be a bit steep at $20 per night but it is very secure and
clean, no rubbish in sight, and spotless, I'm not joking, you could
almost eat off the car park floor, it's that clean, polished and

We arrived around 10.30am to find it was no trouble to leave our luggage until book in time. On arriving at 5.00pm our luggage had been taken up to our room.(10/10) At breakfast we were greeted with the smiling face the young Chef.
The cleanliness of the exterior/interior is 1st class. Best I've stayed in ever. -

Everything was great,including location,price,staff and the design of a hotel. I actually liked that it was like a compact version of a hotel,which meant that there would be less people and thus less noise. -

Easy walking distance to the city and short taxi ride to our conference.
Pleasant, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. The receptionist was
reassuring and helpful when it appeared there was no record of our
booking. Very good price. -
Stayed there twice and Douglas on reception was extremely helpful and the best receptionist I have had anywhere.

I felt safe, as a single woman on my own. A good breakfast was included in the reasonable price. Off street free parking. An inviting lounge area with free tea/coffee always available and 24 hour reception. - Friendly staff, nice clean room, great breakfast every morning. Fantastic!
