The apartment was well located close to a tram stop and with parking on the street in the area readily available.
The apartment was modern and roomy with all need facilities including a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergents provided.
The only down-point was having to check-in at a different location but this was not a big

The bed was super comfy! The kitchenette was functional. It was relatively quiet. Nice rooms. Great shower / bathroom. Found the lounge was a fold out bed. The in house food service delivery was great too, the food was yummy! The trams were right across the road.

It was comfortable, especially the bed. Being able to have our dogs with us. Off street parking. Was in a very convenient position and easy to get to the city. It was well equipped and serviced. -

The apartment complex is fairly new. We stayed for 8 nights in October/November 2013. The facilities in the apartment suite we were upgraded to, had bedroom, decent walk in shower room, lounge dining kitchen area. I liked my whole stay at Mint, all of one night, not nearly long enough.
Wished I could have stayed much longer. The place is impeccable we were
in a 2 bedroom unit on the 7th floor, ensuit in master plus another full
bathroom.this apartment is fully modern with all new appliances. The car
park may be a bit steep at $20 per night but it is very secure and
clean, no rubbish in sight, and spotless, I'm not joking, you could
almost eat off the car park floor, it's that clean, polished and

Came to Melbourne for my daughter's special birthday. The apartment's excellant location next to Chapel Hill and two tram line stops, the numerous eating places, Coles supermarket and the shopping! We arrived around 10.30am to find it was no trouble to leave our luggage until book in time. On arriving at 5.00pm our luggage had been taken up to our room.(10/10) At breakfast we were greeted with the smiling face the young Chef.
The cleanliness of the exterior/interior is 1st class. Best I've stayed in ever. -

Easy walking distance to the city and short taxi ride to our conference.
