The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nicely presented, very plentiful and very tasty. But the amenity that was the most helpful was the free shuttle from the hotel to local destinations. The shuttle driver was most accomodating and friendly. -

Location was excellent! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers to and from Sesame Place were friendly and personable! This was a perfect hotel for a family with small children. -

The person at the front desk was very helpful in suggesting places for dinner. We had a very enjoyable dinner.
It was a quick find from the main highway we were traveling on and a quick back on the highway when we resumed our trip the next day.
The pillows were GREAT!
Nice to have breakfast available there and at no cost.
We will stay here again.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They gave me bottled water and suggested dining options. I felt safe as a single female traveller. The breakfast spread was unexpectedly broad and satisfying, from waffles to healthy choices like fruit and yogurt.

The staff were incredibly friendly. They even were most helpful about stowing our bikes two nights. We were very pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced, and good, the food and drinks in the bar were. We could not have been happier with our choice. We were both sightseeing Gettysburg and attending a wedding. -

Staff was friendly . Got in late and ordered food for delivery from Ray 's Italian menu that the Desk gave us. The food was excellent! Best Itslian sub I ever had and it was 9;00 at night. Room was spacious and clean, if a bit worn. Comfortable bed & working AC/heat, a desk, free WiFi, extra seating. Easy access to all our destinations. -

Hotel is really clean and with a nice odour.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
Upon arrival staff provided my whole family super delicious chocolate chip cookies are they were free and available all the time on ur demand.

helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and punctual. The warm cookies were a
bonus. Room size, bed linens, and shower were all good where most hotels
are bad. The shuttle, the shuttle, oh and did I mention the shuttle?

The front desk staff was happy to notify housekeeping of our smelly
shower curtain and it was immediately replaced. The vouchers for the
lounge and breakfast were appreciated. Food was quite good. View of pond
from the dining areas restful. -
The friendliness of the staff and any request we had was taken care of immediately, ie: extra blankets.

The woman who was cleaning the lobby when we arrived actually came outside to help us and our elderly parents with our luggage! The desk clerk printed out directions and made handwritten notes to help us find our destination and delivered these to our door! We were impressed by the staff. -
