We had a very good experience.

Loved the location, handy to supermarket.Across the road from International Market Place, free pink trolley stop out front.staff very helpful. No problem with lifts. Recommend . Will stay again.close to everything . Market going end of year,what a mistake, will miss the best atmosphere. Good luck -

Loved my stay at the Coconut Waikiki! This hotel is such a great deal for Waikiki and the location is perfect - right on the canal so a little quieter than being right on the main strip. Decor looks just like the hotel photos - fresh and modern. Very comfy beds, was sad to leave them. All the reviews about the canal side being noisy are accurate -

I loved the cute decour, the room was well kept and clean. I know that people have made comments about the continental breakfast and so I was prepared for the worst but I honestly thought it was good. There may not be a lot of choice but it got me through the morning. Also considering that there was a kichenette in my room, I could always buy breakfast goods if I wanted more. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and I would stay here again. Close to lots of shopping and the beach. Eve

Ilima is a gem! The decor is absolutely vintage Hawaiian.... wood, tile, wicker, tropical prints, original local artwork, and pink all over. We had room 1507 and had an amazing view of the canal and mountains. It was perfect to wake up to this every morning, with a very big balcony seating area to have coffee and tea. WiFi in the room enables us to keep in touch with family back in Toronto and fridge and microwave in the room which was very helpful for breakfast. My partner and I stay at The New Otani Kaimana for 2 nights early April
2013. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we checked in the lady was

This boutique hotel is "just right". Not too big, not too small, not too fancy, not too plain: relaxed, casual elegance. The food is excellent. Most of the staff have been there for years. The hotel is at the far end of Waikiki Beach, next to the Nanitorium, across from Kapiolani Park and close to Diamond Head--in short, away from the madness of Waikiki but within walking distance.

We had a great view from our room, which was very clean and comfortable. We would most definitely stay at the Imperial Hawaii Resort, on our next visit to Waikiki. - Location ,clean resort and friendly staff.....great eating nextdoor......near the beach!
