The room was well appointed, and met our needs adequately. A weekend away to cross border shop, and a short drive down to East Aurora. Bob Evans &Cracker Barrel nearby is a bonus. The beds were comfortable, and the quietness, being located close to the Thruway was much appreciated. We had concerns the hum of the road might have been an annoyance, but this was not a problem. We would definitely return to this location. Especially if the good rates are available.

The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

The woman who was at the desk was outstanding. Helpful, pleasant. We loved everything about the Comfort Inn here. Form the moment we checked in to the time to depart we were treated like welcomed guests! Very clean. I was expecting a smaller room for my price, but I was surprised by the comfortness. Breakfast was excelent. Hot omelet and all the basics. Hotel looks new if it is not new, is well mantained.
