My wife, 7 yr old daughter and I all had a great time at Beds on Clouds in Windham, Ny. A cozy little town, w/ some nice restaurants in walking distance, including a brew pub. Great access to the Catskills and a ski Mnt within view. The Inn is eclectic, charming and comfortable. I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

The staff is one of the most helpful and interested of guest comfort I ever seen. We've been asked 5 times a day if we enjoy our stay.
Breakfast is included, good, but don't expect very much.
The value of money it is outstanding for a NY hotel. 4 times cheaper than a similar hotel in Manhattan.
About the placement. We recommend this hotel if you came to visit NY and you have a average limited budget.

The hotel is modern and spacious with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The suites are great with children- the pull-out couch is excellent quality and is a king-size bed. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The rooms are very quiet- a very nice experience! The location, near Time Square and Madison Ave. shopping is great! The staff are helpful and complimentary water and fruit is available in the lobby. The rooms have complimentary water, sodas, and snacks. A classy operation!
